You've already signed your marriage license at the Clark County bureau — your officiant and a witness sign to finalize your marriage certificate. Don't have a witness with you? We provide one at no charge. It isn't a staged ceremony; it's the simplest, most direct way to make your marriage legal in Las Vegas.
The appointment itself takes about 10 minutes — though longer is available on request. Your officiant finalizes and witnesses your marriage certificate and coordinates filing with Clark County so you don't have to think about the paperwork. If you'd like a brief vow exchange as part of the appointment, just ask — it's optional, not required for the marriage to be legal. Invite a few close friends, or keep it completely private.

You'll Need a Nevada Marriage License First
The marriage license is obtained separately and is not included in the $299 fee. Here's what you need to know:
- Location: Clark County Marriage License Bureau, 201 E. Clark Ave, Las Vegas
- Hours: Open every day 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight), including holidays
- Cost: $102 — cash, credit card, or debit card
- Requirements: Both partners in person with valid government-issued photo ID
- Waiting period: None — license is valid immediately and for one year
