Wedding Transportation Services
We strive to make your planning effortless. Many couples choose to drive themselves to desert venues — rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft don't reliably reach Valley of Fire, Nelson Ghost Town, or the Eldorado Dry Lakebed. For those who'd rather not drive, we provide a list of trusted local transportation partners, from a limo for two to a party bus for the full wedding party. Rates are hourly — around $70 for a couple's car, roughly $170 for a party bus — and you'll book directly with your chosen provider.

What to Know Before You Book
Rideshare doesn't reliably reach desert venues
Uber and Lyft cover the Strip and downtown well, but coverage thins out fast once you're 30-50 miles into the desert at Valley of Fire, Nelson Ghost Town, or the Eldorado Dry Lakebed — and a driver willing to wait through your ceremony for the return trip isn't guaranteed. Most couples either drive themselves or book a round-trip with one of the partners below.
Self-driving is completely normal
The majority of LVWC couples drive themselves to their desert venue — it's simple, and every package is designed around it. Hired transportation is for couples who want a fully managed, hands-off experience, or who are bringing a wedding party and want everyone arriving together in one vehicle.
Vehicle size scales with your group
Options range from a stretch limo or luxury SUV for the couple alone up to 40-passenger buses for a full wedding party — useful if you're bringing guests to a remote venue and want to avoid a multi-car caravan on unfamiliar desert roads.
Book 4-6 weeks ahead for weekend dates
Popular providers' fleets book up for Saturday dates in peak season (spring and fall) a month or more out. Weekday and off-season bookings are usually easier to secure with less notice.
