About Las Vegas Weddings

Since 1998, we've had the privilege of standing beside couples on one of the most important days of their lives — and we've never stopped treating every single one like it's the only one that matters.

Our Story

Our Story

Caring for Las Vegas Couples Since 1998

At Las Vegas Weddings (LVWC.com), every ceremony we plan is built around one simple belief: your wedding day should feel entirely, unmistakably yours. Since 1998, we've had the honor of walking alongside thousands of couples through that day — celebrating with them, easing their worries, and making sure nothing stands between them and the moment they've been dreaming of.

Before "destination weddings" were a global search term, we were already here, quietly building a better way to plan one. In 1998, we launched what we believe was the first online wedding reservation system anywhere — so couples anywhere in the world could plan a Las Vegas wedding with confidence, without ever setting foot in a travel agency or waiting on hold.

That same care is what still guides us today. The tools have changed; the reason we do this hasn't.

Milestones Along the Way

A Legacy Built One Couple at a Time

First Online Wedding Reservation System (1998)

We built the first online system for booking Las Vegas weddings, so couples anywhere could start planning with confidence — day or night, wherever they were.

Pioneer of Luxury Helicopter Weddings

We were among the first to bring couples luxury helicopter ceremonies over the Las Vegas Strip, turning a once-in-a-lifetime idea into a day they'd never forget.

First Permits at Valley of Fire & Red Rock Canyon

We were among the first to earn ongoing permits at Valley of Fire State Park and Red Rock Canyon, so couples could say their vows surrounded by the desert's natural beauty.

Curated Nelson Ghost Town Ceremonies

We brought the professional wedding ceremony to Nelson Ghost Town (Eldorado Canyon), giving couples a truly one-of-a-kind setting for their vows.

Created the Sign & Go Concept

"Sign & Go" was born from a simple idea: your legal signing should fit your day, not the other way around. We bring it to your hotel suite, home, or wherever feels right — private, unhurried, and entirely yours.

28+ Years of Local Expertise

Over 28+ years, we've built genuine relationships with every permit authority, vendor, and venue in the Las Vegas region — relationships we put to work for every couple who trusts us with their day.

28+ Years

Why Experience Lets You Relax and Just Be Present

Anyone can book a permit. But knowing which site within Valley of Fire catches the light just right that season, which photographer knows how to make you feel at ease in front of the camera, which officiant will speak to the two of you like they've known you for years — that only comes from doing this, with care, week after week for decades.

Our vendor network is the product of 28+ years of relationships built on trust. Every photographer, officiant, pilot, driver, and florist we work with has earned their place through thousands of real ceremonies. We don't hand you the cheapest option we could find — we hand-pick the people we'd trust with our own family's wedding, so you can stop worrying about the details and simply be present in your moment.

"We had such a beautiful wedding day with LVWC in the Valley of Fire and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Everything was perfectly organised from start to finish, and the team was always on time and professional. What we especially appreciated was that we never felt rushed — not during the ceremony and not during the photoshoot. Everything felt relaxed and natural, which made the day even more enjoyable. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly, and they truly helped make our wedding day special. We would absolutely recommend LVWC to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable wedding experience!"

"We were already planning to hike Havasupai and decided last minute to get married in Vegas on the way since our flight landed there. I was hesitant to book due to time restraints but Shawn and his fabulous partner made it happen!! Super nice, fantastic, knowledgeable people and we want to say thank you for making our day amazing!!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect elopement experience! From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding—clear, timely, and incredibly helpful. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and we felt completely supported throughout the entire process. The location we chose was the Valley of Fire and it was absolutely stunning, and everything came together flawlessly. The ceremony, the photos—every moment felt magical and meaningful. It was intimate, stress-free, and exactly what we had envisioned (and more!). We’re so grateful to the team who helped bring our day to life. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made this such a special experience that we’ll remember forever. If you’re thinking of eloping in the Valley of Fire, do it—you won’t regret it!"

"Shawn, Candice, Dirk, and Tom made our wedding ceremony in the Valley of Fire a stress-free and magical experience. They handled everything with professionalism and such positive attitudes. We really appreciated how easy the team made everything for us and our guests. We even were pleasantly surprised to hear recordings from our family who couldn't make it wish us well after the ceremony! The photos and video are so beautiful, they represent the beauty of our union and the Seven Sisters incredibly, we couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. Thank you!"

"Could not recommend Shawn enough. We didn't have to think about anything, which is exactly what we wanted. They sent clear instructions on how to get our marriage license. We followed the map to Nelson's ghost town (stunning desert scenery) and met Shawn and Carlos, our officiant. The location is stunning. Stop there even if you choose another venue! We got married in the chapel in a wonderful ceremony. Despite not knowing us at all and us giving no guidance, the ceremony was perfect. Shawn knew exactly what was next and was in the perfect place to capture every moment. Thank you, Carlos! Then Shawn expertly guided us through locations and poses, and got stunning candid shots between. He ended asking if there were any other photos we wanted and we couldn't think of one. He was kind, focused, and a great conversationalist between shots. We have over 300 photos and every single one could be framed. Our photos arrived a few days later, sooner than expected. We can download the files and do whatever we want with them. And it's super easy to share the link with family and friends. There isn't a thing I would change about the day. I am so grateful I had Las Vegas Weddings to handle everything so I could have a great vacation and an even better wedding. THANK YOU!"
