Sunrise/Sunset ceremonies are cooler than you think. The desert has two golden hours — dawn and dusk — and both are spectacular in summer. Sunrise keeps temperatures in the low 80s with soft, cinematic light. Sunset brings the rocks alive in deep amber and red as the heat fades. We schedule every summer ceremony around one of these windows. You choose the vibe.

The light is unmatched. Low-angle desert sun at sunrise and golden hour creates the warm, cinematic glow that makes Valley of Fire famous. Midday light is flat. Our timing isn't — and your photos will show it.
